Cooper's Hill Residence

Residence for a Property Professional and her three generational family unit.

The property is located in Coopers Hill, St. Andrew, Jamaica. The design is reminiscent of the family's familiarity with Georgian Colonial Architecture found in their home town dubbed the "pirate city" of Port Royal. 

Precedent from the client's love of Spanish colonial architecture, is the one essential design move required to take advantage of the breathtaking views over Kingston and St. Andrew parishes, back towards the coastal sunken city. This is a reminder of the family's ability to trace their lineage over the last 300 years.
